The best ultralight towel
This specific size is the lightest towel that will actually cover you, from bust over crotch. That is very handy, when you get out of the lake just as a bunch of guys come wandering along the trail. It does dry you. It dries itself quickly. There is no lighter equivalent. It packs smaller than any other material.

Best of the bunch so far
Great towel, super absorbent, doesn't get smelly (yet), and great size (super small when folded yet I'm an average build (male) and can wrap it round myself easily).Only issue is its very un-towel like texture, but that's just society telling you what a towel should feel like.

Ok, not great
This towel has a very unpleasant texture, doesn’t have great absorbency, and also it dries quickly in general, this isn’t the case in humid conditions. It is incredibly light however. I much prefer the Lifesavers Softfibre travel towels.

Tissue not a towel
I appreciate this is advertised as a 'racers' towel and absorbs x amount of water, etc., but all those are pretty meaningless when all you want it to do is dry you off after a shower at the gym - and it fails on this. It's so thin it's like kitchen paper. It is sodden after it's done your torso. Then it's a wet towel and no use.I will have to think what other use I can potentially put it to. i.e. When I'm not actually showering or wet.I'm sure it's a dead clever invention and useful for someone and something. Shame it's just not for me.

Best hiking towel
Used this towel on a 2 week hike. It's incredibly fast to dry and is very lightweight. Honestly it's on a par with other travel towels, ie it isn't a super plush towel you'd use at home but for travel it is perfect. Only addition to add is that the size large is big enough to dry a grown adult but is not big enough to wrap yourself in.

Dries body and Quick dry
Very impressed. Bought this to use for el camino. Large size suitable for 75kg person. Dried whole body and pat some moisture out of hair - and dries overnight when hung up inside/ not large enough. Recommend to fellow travellers

One Star
Calling it a towel is a joke. It's the size of a face cloth...
