When my oldest was a baby I would buy this and it would immediately take away her eczema, she has out grown eczema now. Fast forward to my son when he was 2 developed bad eczema on his legs, elbows and one finger. I tried all the creams from target and nothing was working, I totally forgot about this one and the price is high so I wanted to try others. The eczema was getting worse for about 6 months, his poor little finger was so bad and it hurt him, the dermatologist had him on a steroid cream and it still wasn't working. Then I remembered this cream from california baby when my daughter was a baby, I just bought the cream and within 3 days all of his eczema was GONE! This is miracle cream!!!!!! So worth every penny. Nothing works like this, not even prescriptions! His finger is back to normal skin!!! YAY

It is soothing and does work for exzema, which is saying a lot. I only gave it four stars because I'm not crazy about the way it smells. It's also expensive. California Baby makes another cream, their Calendula cream, that also works on exzema and smells a lot better.

I love the texture, quality, and result of this cream. However, when you first apply it, you can smell the scent and it's overpowering. It goes away, but if you're not a big fan of strong scents, it might not be best product. I could smell it as I'm applying it, which makes me wonder how my baby feels if he's the one using it on his face.Nonetheless, since he has eczema, this has been one of the best moisturizing face creams.

My 8m old baby has eczema on her face and neck. It comes and goes, and right now is pretty bad because she is teething. I tried this first on her legs (where she has no eczema), then her tummy (where she has just a little). Legs were fine, tummy got a tiny bit red and she didn't seem bothered. Then I tried this on her face and within seconds the whole area became red and inflamed. She SCREAMED started rubbing desperately at her face, she was thrashing and trying to rub her face on my shirt as I was trying to wash it off. She didnt stop screaming for 5 minutes, I assume once it finally stopped burning her. It was horrible. It smells slightly minty (I thought from the rosemary) and it feels slightly cool to the touch on my skin, I think it just stung her sensitive skin.This is going straight in the trash. I cant return because it didnt come in a box, it just came with a bar code covering the lid, so you have to tear it off to open.As a side note, I also bought the shampoo/body wash and it didnt hurt her.

My far this is the best of the best for eczema. My son has severe one and after a day of using it I can see improvement . By the end of the week almost all was gone . It’s comes in a little jar for an expensive price but a little goes a long way . Am very very happy with my purchase . I will recommend . It actually works

This has taken my daughters eczema from severe, severe to mild! Which I believe will continue to help it get better the more we use it! After getting this, I went onto the actual California Baby website and bought everything! (Lotion, body wash, sunscreen, bedtime stick, bug spray, and more!)
