This cast iron pan works like charm. We don't have to worry about any dirt from first wash. There will be no greese at all. you can just wash will mild detergent and soft scrub pad. Dry it immediately with a dry cloth, apply oil, heat it in low flame till light smoke comes. That's it..but we have to do this process everytime we use the pan. It Works like a non stick pan..I have been using it for a week.

Well I have been using this product for a whilel. Its good n i enjoy cooking in it. But as it is preseasoned i wasn’t expecting the hassle of oiling it everytime. That’s a big drawback with this productl, if you don’t wipe, heat n apply oil after every wash it feels like rusted n if you rub you will feel having brownish layer kind of rust. I was expecting pre seasoned won’t be having this hassle

The red on this is beautiful. This pan is easy to clean and great for all your cooking needs. Heats up fast and even. I'd adjust your cooking time by a minute or two as this pan does get hot fast.
