This product is wonderful and I look forward to using it daily, sometimes twice a day. In particular I like the unique way the water sprays. The chrome finish is excellent and I like the rubber shower head and nozzles for ease of cleaning. This product is very well made and the parts are sturdy. The top control allows you to choose the hand shower, the main shower head, or both. Temperature control is very smooth and I like that the water output is even at the beginning all the way to hot. The temperature limiter is a little unique so make sure to read the instructions and set the dial to your liking before putting the exterior trim on the unit. Allowing hotter water makes the faucet turn a bit more. I favor this design over other scald guards. Can’t go wrong here for a top notch shower experience.

Great shower, both the fixed shower head and the handheld one. You can use them both at the same time, even. Selection of spray types. Saves water too (in California one must install a flow or volume restriction head. On the model I bought the water volume is fixed but one can vary the temperature from full cold to full hot.

Not happy at all. Less than 7 mos after installation the shower head drips. Looks like I need to repace the cartridge.☹️Update: Now the shower head is dripping around the spray nozzle.This is not a drip around the threads, this is a drip from where the plastic nozzel meets the chrome.Very dissatisfied with Hansgrohe products.
