Excellent product, Amazing Customer Service!
If there were more stars, I would give them! I have purchased both the cups and silicone sippy lids from Healthy Sprouts and I cannot praise the manufacturer highly enough. When my sippy lids split small holes in them, the seller sent me 3 boxes for free. When one of my cups arrived damaged, they sent two free replacements AND a bonus box of sippy lids! This is customer service at its very best. I will certainly buy more products from Healthy Sprouts and highly recommend them. The cups are great quality and the sippy lids are better than anything else out there. My toddler will not drink from anything else.

sharp cup rims
I like the concept of the cups: vacuum-insulated, dishwasher safe, great size for a child to hold, and cute logo. I have bought other Healthy Sprouts products before and have been very pleased with their products.I was disappointed with this purchase, because 2 of the 4 cups received had very sharp rims that appeared that they were not sanded down completely. I am returning the items because the sharp rims could cut my little one's lips. I may reorder the cups to see if the next set is also defective, or I may try another brand of stainless steel cups. I bought the Healthy Sprouts Stretch n' Grip sippy lids to go with the cups, but did not try them out because I was afraid that the sharp cup rims would cut the sippy lids too.

Keeps em cold, but cut silicone lid!!
We love these cups. They keep the kids drinks cold. In Florida a kids drink will turn warm in no time.Unfortunately, the lip of the cup was sharp enough to slice/cut a silicone lid that was less than four weeks old. The lip is not that sharp everywhere- just in a spot that seems “scratched”. Almost sharpened by an abrasion. NOTE: the cups have only been in operation for a few weeks.**UPDATE**The owners of this company- saw my review and shipped out a box of new cups and lids. We ruined another lid before this happened. NOTE: The rim is not sharp enough to cut a child’s lip... it would take some force/pressure with rim hitting-or being pressed into the child’s lip. In the case of the silicone lids- they are pulled right onto the cup- and through normal toddler wear and tear- there was enough force to pierce the silicon.

Black on bottom/washing concern
I purchased these for my 9 month old to hopefully have a safe and easy to use/clean sippy cup for him.I followed the instructions and washed the silicone lids in the dishwasher without issue. The instructions for the cups were to fill them and soak overnight with a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar to remove any residue from the factory. Before I did this, I removed the very hard to remove sticker from the bottom. That’s when I noticed a large black circle on the bottom of each cup. It was on all four cups so I figured it was a normal result of manufacturing. I put the cups in a large bowl and filled the cups with the water and vinegar. The next day when I rinsed the cups, I noticed a little liquid had spilled over and pooled under one of the cups. When I picked that cup up, there was a puddle of thick black water under the cup! The black “spot” was still on the cup but had started to wear off and I could see more of an indentation now on the bottom of the cup. This really bothered me because I don’t know what that black residue is and I don’t know if it is harmful or dangerous! Also, my cups did not have a logo on the front so I’m wondering if they should have this or if I did not receive authentic cups. I will be contacting the company to hopefully receive a refund and explanation.

no no no!!!!
EDIT:I was originally happy with this company because they sent me a replacement since my tops kept tearing. yes, they tear easy. but they recommended a different cup to use with their lids for me. Silly me I trusted that these were safe, and bought them-WRONG they are #7 plastic and they are all in the trash now! I’m so sad we used them for so long and exposed my poor 20 month old to bisphenols!!!!! I could scream!!! bottom line- don’t buy these or go with their recommendations for cup replacements!!!!

Doesn't Insulate Well
First of all, I have a bunch of vacuum insulated stuff - pint cups, food containers, bottles, and growlers. They all work great, so I felt like it would be great to have a set for the kids, since they drink stuff very slowly, and I recently discovered the Boon SNUG series of cup covers ( http://amzn.com/B017IQZDX2 , http://amzn.com/B016L0TFLW ). These cups look good coming out of the box, but problems became evident as soon as I took off one of the very difficult to remove stickers on the bottom of the cups - it looks like there is a huge hole in the bottom of the stainless steel wall that is plugged up with some sort of resin, unlike any of my other containers. Next, when I filled the cup with ice water, condensation started collecting on the outside of the cup within a couple of minutes. Again, this is something that never happens with any of my other vacuum insulated containers. I can only guess that this cup isn't really vacuum insulated, or that the pressure inside the double walls of the cup is only marginally lower than atmospheric pressure.

Great product for the whole family!!!
After reviewing many sippy lids and tumblers I decided to purchase from Healthy Spout. There was a small manufacturer defect in the product. I contacted the compnany and they were very supportive and remedied the problem. Their product is awesome my kid loves them. The sippy lids are easy to wash, fun colors and easy for my kid to drink from. The tumblers are great. Perfect size for a toddler and it’s nice to spend money on something that will last because when she out grows the sippy lid she will still be able to use the tumblers. They are such a great size I have to frequently go to my husbands office because he uses them for water since they keep it cool. Definitely a product the whole family can use. Not to mention from a great company that cares about their customers. It’s hard to find a company like that anymore.
