it's a big book with countless information. So much to unpack but if you have any health related questions or want to learn more about anything really, this is the book for you. Easy to read and digest, simple concepts but goes deep into topics. Really like it has research based ideas and tools.

Excellent Book!
If you are looking for a book to help you to take over and transform your lifestyle, this is the book you need. It covers all aspects, from genetics, to how to weight yourself, vitamines, supplements, diets, etc. Chapter 12, putting everything together was really helpful to not let down all what was read and needs implementation. I’m overcoming my challenges and just need to stay motivated tracking my progress.

This book helped me to transform my life . I did try before to start a healthy life and but i always go back after a week. This book made me understand how to balance my energy, how to create a diet plan and made me understand the impact of the proteins and supplements on my body. Highly recommended
