Great for Ceoliacs
If you are a Ceoliac or Gluten intolerant then this pasta is for you. It tastes great, much nicer than regular pasta actually, is easy to cook or add to various sauces. The only downside risk the price. A little expensive for the quantity. But the packaging us recyclable/ compostable cardboard so that's a bonus
