I bought these for handing out in my school classroom. I gave one to each of the students. They loved it. It’s metal so it won’t break in while in their backpack. Kids use a lot of pencils. Sometimes they are just not close to a pencil sharpener when they need it. A great little gift to hand out to students.

REVISED!!: IM LEAVING THE FIVE STARS JUST SO THAT IN SOME HOPE THIS WILL GET READ. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ORIGINALLY SAID YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THAT HOLDS TRUE. THE CAST THAT IS USED FOR THESE LEAVES A BUHR AT THE END WHERE YOU WANT A NICE TRANSITION FROM GRAPHITE TO WOOD. THE POOR CAST RIPS THE CRAP OUT OF THE END OF THE PENCIL JUST COMPLETELY RUINING YOUR PENCIL!! THEY ARE IN THE TRASH JUST AS MY MONEY IS. BOGUS!!Just a bunch of little pencil sharpener. Seem to do a nice job at what they do. They are a bit small and not quality but I'm going five start because it's one of those things where you get what you pay for and I wasn't expecting much.

I am a math teacher. These are a great value item for me because my students always missplace or take them. They are a little cheeply made. Sometimes the razor is dull or loose in the sharpener. If you need a bulk purchase for a classroom this is great. If you are a professional artist there are much better choices elsewhere.
