Easy to read and contains a considerable amount of information. At the end of each chapter there is a list of reference books for additional reading. Some references may only be available at research libraries as they are older publications. I believe it is a valuable book of Michigan history to have on your personal library self.

Binding fell apart
Great informative book, however the binding did not hold up and pages fell out after very little use...

Book arrived right on time!
Ordered the Michigan book as a Christmas gift for someone originally from there.It got to her address quickly, but she won't be opening until Dec 25. I'm betting it will be in good shape-the outside wrappings looked just fine. Appreciate the quick delivery. The sample picture looked good.

GREAT BOOK! Easy to read!
I read this book for a class and it was very informative! I would highly recommend it!

Very easy to read and keeps history fun. Not your typical boring text book

Poor binding
Great content for academic or personal interest. But the pages began falling out of the binding. Poor quality construction even for a paperback.
