I have had worse acne as an adult than in my teens, starting around 26. I'm now 31, I have a great diet, I exercise, i take vitamins, etc etc... it is so frustrating, it hurts, I have scarring, and it certainly lowers the no make up look confidence. I sort of stumbled across the derma roller in order to save myself some money and paying for spendy treatments. I received this derma roller and serum today, nice clean packaging... good quality and it didn't hurt! I took a photo from before I used it and the next is within just 3 hours. I am amazed! I will update this if anything changes but man oh man, with how my skin has improved within just a few hours, I am excited to see what happens over the course of time. Sidenote: I washed my face prior with a Castile soap cleanser I made and hot water in order to open up my pores, applied the serum, rolled, and reapplied the serum... as suggested from many forums I've read about derma rolling, just in case that might help someone else. :)

I got this Derma Roller for my wife's birthday. Don't get me wrong, I think she looks great, but she's always looking for the newest and best beauty gadgets, and this one caught her eye. She absolutely LOVES it and really likes that it includes skin revitalizer. Definitely a hit present for her! Highly recommended!

It feels amazing. It's not painful, just tingling. I have semi-sensitive skin and the serum didn't irritate it so that's great. Just keep in mind that you need to clean it well each time. The little needles go into the skin so any germs that are on the roller will get into the skin. Skin feels wonderful after this massage and serum.

I was searching for a derma roller and cane across this one! I decided to purchase it because it came with a vitamin e oil. I started using it and after a week i noticed my skin looked healthier and supple! All of the imperfections I had before were gone and my skin appeared smooth and younger looking. I am impressed by this product. I never used something like this before but figured I’d try it due to the stated skin benefits, the low price, and the positive reviews it received. I have only used it once, but boy, overall my skin looked so much healthier, smooth, and less dull immediately after using it, but even more so when I woke up the next morning. It was quite a bonus that a nice sized bottle of Vitamin C Serum was also included. I highly recommend this to others, it’s so worth the price considering what my experience was after using it only one time.

I like the roller and the serum, but im still waiting for more result as of now im using it once a week so i dont see much a different. Im still continue using it and i will see if there more change in the future..

Works as expected. When used on a regular basis, I can see the difference. The pores on my face became less noticeable and wrinkles not as pronounced.
