I had licensed electricians put it together. They don't need instructions, so the crappy piece of paper in the box showing how to put this thing together did not faze them. They ignored it. So this one is not for the general DIY'er. It is, however, a showstopper when up.

It’s beautiful. Easy to put together.I had some problems with the bulbs. One was missing and 2 didn’t work. I can’t figure out which ones to get to replace them.

Looks cool in the picture, but guess what: This is total junk. And the mis-advertised “22.44” light is 26 1/2” from ceiling jacked all the way up. So unless you have AT LEAST 9’ ceilings - forget it. Echoing another reviewer - that like an idiot I didn’t read until I bought this thing - If I could give this product a half a star, I would. The instructions are included but might as well be non-existent. They do not make any grammatical sense nor do the minuscule illustrations. Black white connectors in the meaningless instructions were not included. It is a nightmare to piece together especially with so many wires and parts, look for another light. Do not waste your time with this junk.

It completely updated a room that was needing a lift . Now my dining room is beautiful.

Not all parts were there, items broken, no instructuons. Not worth the price! Dont waste your money. Refuses to return my money and to sent me a return slip.

No Instructions, just little piece of paper with a picture on it in Chinese.

Would.rate 1/2 star or less if possible. Terrible instructions in Chinese, shoddy craftsmanship, and 90 individual wires to connect to the switch wiring. Highly recommend looking for another fixture.Still have not received a refund as of April 2019.
