Adventures on the High Seas (Palladium Rpg Fantasy Adventure Book 3)

The Palladium series for fantasy is well written and all though the game system is archaic by todays standards it is still fresh and inventive with source material that can be handy in any game system. it was among the first even before Dungeons and dragons to come out with it's own world and ability to play any Creature as a race and the rule where open for skill, before TSR ever truly implemented the concept in to their own system, but it is slow and clucky as a system with several sub systems to function as a whole sail system. this book on the high seas take the typical sea voyage and lead you to the typical adventures and dose it with typical flare but it is still an adventure and it was the first to present the eas for you role playing entertainment. the thing is this is still an rpg and with so many want that classic feel in their games this is one game that never left that classic feel behind . this book provides extra classes and new skills and new adventures and information about the ports of call and the ships and voyages of the palladium world. so go buy it with the core book and got your old school back on!

Because of the picture and description I thought I had ordered SECOND Edtion of book, but instead i received the FIRST edition of the book.

Love Palladium! Fun book, lots of good info. It's essentially a rehash of the first edition book, with content changed for the more expanded Megaverse®. Works with Rifts.

Excellent book. One of the "must haves" imo. Tons of information and ideas for adventures.

I loved the old Palladium world and ordered this book on a whim. I found many useful ideas, some cool creature contentment, adventure ideas and much more. I was very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone wishing to learn more of the Palladium World and also to any GM looking for a campaign that at least takes part on a ship.
