They were not lying when they said this canopy is heavy duty. It weighs about twice as much as others I've helped people put up. It is about as solid as you can get. I would advise two people to put this up. While I don't know if this is something that you would want for hauling to lots of sporting events, I think it would be great for trade shows and other events where you need it to stand up to bad weather or people abusing it. With the sides, this is a great deal too. The only thing I am not totally sold on is black color. I've had other pop up outdoor canopies, but they were the cheap, under $100.00 canopies that eventually either had a metal piece snap off or the covering rip. I figured I would give it one more try and get a better made, more substantial one to use in our backyard in the summertime. I ordered this Hoteel 10' x 10' pop up canopy, and the first thing I have to say is that this thing is HEAVY. Make sure before you decide to put this thing up that you have eaten your Wheaties for breakfast and that you phone a friend for help, because setting up this canopy requires two people. Also, go to the Hoteel site to watch a video on the canopy setup, because the directions are sparse.The frame folds out accordion style, and the Oxford cloth canopy then gets fitted to the four corners with velcro strips. Once that is done, you adjust the length of the legs to whatever height you want. There are three height settings for the legs: 119", 123", and 126". After you set the height, basically you are done. You can use the canopy as it is, open on all four sides, or you can velcro the four side panels on if you want to enclose the canopy. There are tent stakes and tie down ropes included with the canopy so you can secure it into the ground; if necessary, sand bags can be used on each leg for stability as well.This 10' x 10' canopy is a good size for covering a picnic table if you like to eat outside in nice weather, and should comfortably hold 10 people. It comes with a carrying case for storage and transport. This is a solid, sturdy outdoor canopy that I really look forward to using next summer.

I love the HOTEEL canopy tents as they look so good with the sidewalls and the windows. You can use them for a multitude of events and they just class it up.These are 55 lbs so it's got the heft that lets you know it will stand up in all bad weather. I've yet to have any of the tents I've gotten from this company get knocked over in the wind. And I live in the MidWest where it gets kicking in the summer and fall. These also stand up to the rain, and I've never had a leak incident in any of the tents. My oldest is just over a decade old now and has been used to death, but it looks really good.Setup is so easy. All you do it pull out the metal stands and then spread them open. Then you just put the top on, adjust to the height you want and that's it. It really is that simple and the included instructions really spell it out for you. It comes with a nice bag so when you're done, you take the tent down and it all pops into a bag you can sling over your shoulder and walk away.These tents are popular for a reason as any time you have an issue, their customer service department is on it. They really have one of the best customer service teams out there, and I've never had a single issue in over ten years. That's saying a lot and this is one canopy tent I can recommend highly. You won't be disappointed and these will last you many many years.

We spend a lot of our time outside for something or another, so we have gone through a lot of "pop ups," this maybe the last pop up we have to buy. When I t was delivered, I was like I got this, no I don't. This pop up is heavy and that is not a bad thing. The frame in the pop up is made to last, It maybe an easy to go up and an an easy to take down but what it isn't is easy to blow away. Once you secure the pop up it is built to stay in place. The wall are thick enough to block the wind and protect you from the elements. I would say it's portable, just not something you casually throw in the trunk of backseat, due to it's weight. You can't beat the price for the quality that you get.

When I seen the price of this canopy I thought it would be low grade but it was quite the opposite. The fabric is great quality along with the Velcro, posts and zippers. It is a big size and I enjoy the higher ceiling so it doesn’t seem like you’re trapped in. The only downside of this product was us not tying it down. The day we set it up we put it on our deck for a BBQ and didn’t tie it down. Mid party it lifted off the deck and ended up blown into our fence and while it didn’t ruin the frame the fabric was ruined in the corners. We were incredibly bummed on the first day of owning it.
