Derrmagran is the best product one the market for healing and protecting both intact and compromised skin! As a nurse, I have seen the incredible results obtained with this product for stage 1 and stage 2 skin breakdown. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a current or potential skin breakdown. It is best used in conjunction with the companion spray, but will work without it as well! A light application is the best to just coat the affected area and the tube will last longer! I would advise wearing gloves (latex, nitrile, or vinyl) to apply!

Ok, I wrote I kind of negative review at first because I had received a different product than I ordered. However with further inspection, I did in fact recieve a more expensive and still very useful product. So I admit, I over reacted. This is a great product.

I've used this for wounds for my patients for 20+ years... it's a miracle cure. My children used to go in my RN kit and steal it for their own dings and dents - drove me crazy! This year I had an epiphany on a great gift for my 33 year old son, someone who has everything already, I bought him a few tubes of Dermagran. He was thrilled!

I have very sensitive skin on my feet, this cream balances the ph level, it stops them from cracking, burning and itching.It does have unpleasant smell, nothing to drastic, but its a cream that works, its on thd thick side, so you only need a little bit.

I really like this cream and it doesn't stain clothing. It works well for itching and burning skin.
