Tastes great and gives a great natural boost of energy and focus!
I heard about these from a friend and decided to get some delivered to work to fight that foggy afternoon feeling. Rather than drink a late afternoon cup of coffee (which of course makes it tougher to get to bed at night), I mix this in with a glass of water and can definitely tell the difference. It's not a jittery caffeine buzz, it's a natural feeling of clarity and alertness that helps push me through the end of the work day. Plus, the pomegranate flavor is delicious!I've also taken it as a morning energy boost, replacing morning coffee sometimes. The perfect afternoon pick me up!
Brainstix was recommended by a friend because I kept hitting that post lunch hump everyday and looked like I was going to pass out with every keystroke I took. I took it around 2pm and almost instantaneously felt it. It was like I had caught a second wind. I had the alertness of coffee without all the jitteriness (personally, I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine). The effects lasted for about a couple of hours and what I was most pleased about was the fact that I didn’t have that crashing feeling I normally get with coffee (another reason I don’t drink it). It comes in an individual perforated packet which makes carrying it on the go really easy. Mixability was a 5/5. The pomegranate flavor was surprisingly good (wasn’t too sweet). Brainstix people if you’re reading this, I hope you guys come out with another flavor soon!

The pomegranate flavor is good, not too strong or sweet, and mixes very well with water. The individual serving packaging is awesome as well to take on the go, as you don't have to mess around with loose powder or scoops, and don't even get me started on pills. I would definitely purchase this again and have already recommended it to several friends.

Natural alternative
I am a stay at home mom who often looks to caffeine for my afternoon boost.
