From a design and color perspective, my wife and I absolutely love this rug. It is probably one of the most beautiful rugs that we have had the pleasure of owning, and the slightly green tone that the rug has went along perfectly with the tone of the wall paint that we used in the play room that we put this rug in. I would say that the color theme and design are well represented by the product pictures; the rug was really as expected (and more!) from what we saw on our screen.Despite our complete satisfaction with the looks and the design, the reason for the star off is twofold:1. The rug does shed, especially in the beginning. It isn't a huge amount, but enough so that it gets on our clothing and we did have to vacuum pretty regularly to make sure it wouldn't impact the kids playing in the room.2. We weren't huge fans of how rough the rug feels, especially on our feet and when we lie on it. We go shoeless in our home, so our rugs are a place for us to sit and lie down on, as well as something that we step on with our bare foot, and the feel of that is pretty rough, especially compared to other rugs that we have tried in the past.Despite the flaws, my wife and I love the design so much that we did decide to keep this rug placed in the playroom for now; if we find a better alternative, we may move this to another location in our home where there is less foot traffic from the young kids. Especially if you care more about the design rather than the texture, we would recommend this product.

I've enjoyed Loloi's offerings for a number of years now - particularly Amber Lewis' designs - for their versatile, timeless style & casual approach to floor coverings (a priority as a household with many small children). I've been on the hunt for a soft, durable off-white rug for the master bedroom. This rug's closed loop and low pile construction will help it to wear gently & retain a little less dirt than the cut-pile alternatives, but I particularly love the very forgiving pattern.With an ivory field and a variety of blue-gray threads (ivory/spa colorway shown) composing the organic geometric pattern, it reads as an off-white from afar without being so precious as to show every bit of dirt or staining. The effect is classic, soothing, and much more luxe than the price tag would suggest. We have an awkwardly narrow but long room, so this is an 8x10 beneath our king size bed. Ideally if you have the space, a 9x12 or larger is best.It's easy enough to vacuum without the beater bar attachment, and has shed a very minimal amount. It arrived very thoroughly packaged with multiple plastic layers, cardboard protecting each end, and a sturdy cardboard tube in the center. It had no smell coming out of the package.TLDR; this is gorgeous, a great price, and forgiving for households with littles. Get it!

This hand tufted 100% wool rug made by artisans in India is quite thick and has a lovely look and feel. It is replacing a heavy traffic area entryway rug so will just have to see how it stands up in terms of daily use and cleaning. The natural material, frame design and neutral tone (ivory/stone) fit well with the other area rugs on our wood flooring. An appropriate rug pad is highly recommended to prevent slipping and provide extra cushioning; however, for now it seems to be heavy enough and is staying in one place on its own. It was necessary to keep the corners weighted for several days when first rolled out and they have since relaxed naturally into place without the use of carpet tape in its present location. So far there has been little shedding although care instructions indicate it is to be expected and further advise a low vacuum setting, cleaning the full length of the rug rather than a back-and-forth motion. It is a goodweave certified product.

The rug is made of a super soft and premium wool. The pattern was a gorgeous neutral ivy though it comes off as a light wheat in the rug. So expect minor differences based on the lighting that you have in your home, your screen lighting, etc. The sizing on this is perhaps the only frustrating part as it is not a true 8x10 though this is clearly listed in the item description as being a few inches shorter on each side. Overall great for your medium-small spaces to provide a wonderful accent rug.

Beware. It looks as though someone used something very sharp to cut into this rug and then returned it and I got the returned item? We carefully removed the plastic packaging then just pulled it off. I rolled it to find multiple holes In the rug. Sad because I really like the look of it.

What a beauty! This is a beautiful neutral color rug with just enough pattern to give your room a little umph. We put this rug on top of the carpet in the bedroom. And it just makes the room look so bigger. It unfolded easily and had no issues getting it to lay flat after putting furniture on it to 'hold it down'. I'll admit, it isn't super soft and plush, but I knew that with the pile height. Nonetheless, a quality rug from a nice brand.
