Failed on initial charge and doesn't work
I bought this on Amazon when my original charger died. When my battery needed a charge I pulled this out and plugged it in the wall. When I slid the battery on the charger, the red light came on and it beeped then it stopped working. I was under the assumption when I purchased this it was a Makita charger not a knock off. Your description lists it as model # DC18RC and the label on the charger says its a DC18RC "T". Pretty close to deception in my book. I tried starting a return process but its over 30 days and I cant even get the product link to come up on Amazon. I had to purchase the charger I thought this one to be at a brick and mortar store today. NOT HAPPY!
