Q: Anyone know what exact size of the smaller screws are? Mine was missing 6 of them

I don't know what size the screws are, but take one you have go to home Depot or Lowe's and match it up. If you can't find it ask someone. It's probably a metric screw.

Q: Can this be used with a john deere tractor with a fork lift attachment? What keeps it from sliding off the forks?

Yes, I don't see why it would not. Once you slide it on the forks you can chain it to the forks. The chain is supplied, and are you going to tilt the forks so far forward that the cage slides off? It should work fine I used it to paint my house, worked perfectly.
