I have very narrow feet and I'm having a hard time understanding everyone who say these fit properly. They are cute, don't get me wrong and I wanted to keep them so bad... But,I put them on and they fit like a glove, until I stepped down off my bed. When applying pressure I noticed the sole of the boots did not feel like they were covering the sides of my sole. It was like I was trying to walk on a balance beam. They just didn't feel like I could walk on them without the beautiful knitting being part of the sole. That's the last thing I wanted, to damage the knitting!!After feeling defeated, I asked to return them. This morning I received a reply and they're only willing to take 40% off and I can give them to someone else??? Why would I give someone else my PROBLEM??No where in the details does it say you can't return or replace (you have to pay shipping back to China for replacement!!) And, they want to give me a discount for not being able to wear them??!!)Really. I. Just. Can't.

Took a while to get here but loving my new slippers. They are warm and comfortable. Lots of padding in the bottom took a bit to adjust to but worth the adjustment for the cushy walk. Wish the disintegration have a bow on the side as then could comfortably unfold the top and have them taller but that’s my only issue.Update. After a couple of weeks some stitching came apart. I contacted the company and they responded quickly with apologies and offer of a new pair. Still happy with purchase and company service.

I bought sized small in 2 different colors. One was just right the others were too small.I wear a size 7 shoe size but always get small (5/6) and they fit. I suggest measurements on the soles of the boots. A chart with length of slippers from toe to heal.My feet are 9 1/2" to 9 3/4" and the light gray booties measures only 9 1/4". Dark gray fits but the light gray are tight.

When I received them I was so happy, we live upstate and winters are harsh. I got them the October 30th, They are worn by me after the day is done and I am getting ready for bed. I am all of 97 pounds and they are not worn every night. I just noticed a hole by the right toe and the left heel starting to come away from the sole. I might be able to hot glue them and they might last a little longer. I see them going into the garbage very soon. They are made very cheaply, I suggest anyone thinking of buying them to stear clear. Very disappointed and I think I paid way too much for this product.

I love these little booties so much I just ordered another pair. So comfy and warm. Easy slip on and the sizing was was perfect for me.

These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever purchased. I love them and am going to order a back up pair.
