Since I rarely make sushi or any Asian dishes I was anxious to try this. The plus is, as it says, if you are a beginner then this does help. However, if you have any experience cooking Asian dishes I can see you tossing this to the side because it would be faster doing it yourself without a gadget.

Have only used it one time but will continue to use it and hope to get better results

Couldn't get anything to actually "roll" in this device. I wasted more "stuffing" and wraps then what was actually "made" using this. Made if you were just using Rice it would be ok. Any other filling is a NO GO!!!

I bought the Sushi Roller Dolma Sarma Roller with the sushi mat roller sold by Troden. The sushi mat never came and the Dolma Roller is so small, has cheap quality, and did not come in the box as the other Dolma roller. After waiting for the sushi mat but it did not come so I called Amazon rep to get a refund.
