Spreading morcilla
Unusual black pudding: cured, with lots of paprika apparently, and spreadable like nduja or sobrasada.Interesting and a good flavour, but it's not what you'd expect of a black pudding\morcilla, nor of a salami.Would be really good for use in canapés, I think.
