If you are looking for a fantastic looking sun glasses that have the most amazing build quality then go no further than William Painter . I supported the project on kickstarter and have been blown away by these shades, the classic shape is very current and turn heads. The build quality cannot be bettered and they deal with lifes ups and downs better than any sunglasses I have had Ive dropped them, and it was no problem, the lens is scratch resistant and still look great after months of constant use. You may not know the name yet but will .....so go buy!!!

Most amazing sunglasses i ever had from a guy that owned maui jims Porsche ray bans these rank 600 times better buying my next pair after writing this and i have a head like a buffalo and they fit nice if any large head men are wondering if it will fit them

I have several pairs of W Painter sunglasses, differing in style and lens color. All are polarized which I needed after cataract surgery. I wore prescription eyeglasses since I was twelve, and prescription lens are not needed anymore since the surgery corrected my vision, but the doctor recommened I use sunglasses outside for protection and asks me if I do at every checkup. W Painter sunglasses are superior in construction and comfort to any prescription, custom fitted eyeglasses I ever had. And they’re priced about right for a great product.

A Huge Fan Now. Time will tell, but these glasses are quite similar to Maui Jim or rayban.... I love the frame being nylon (around eyes), but all else being titanium.. this means the glasses are light in weight. the lenses are polarized and comparable in quality EASILY to Serengeti, Maui Jim, RayBan, and others. I wish the glasses were not made in China, but still bought them anyway. I think these are the best sunglasses I own. I wish the lenses were a little wider, but that is ok. I will be buying the Wayfarer from WP quite soon. These glasses fit a larger size head, like mine. I am a huge fan of these glasses. They are extremely well made and surpass my Maui Jim models, of which vary in price from $100 to $450 per pair. I wish I'd have bought BOTH models of WPs at the same time to save money. That's my suggestion: buy both models because I think we get a discount if we buy both. The lenses brighten up shaded areas, but reflect sunlight in bright areas. They remind me very much of Serengeti Summit discontinued lenses (which are FANTASTIC).. in that they brighten things as needed, then darken things as needed. These glasses at dusk will make things BRIGHTER when needed. Quite amazing quality, especially the titanium.

I used to be a Ray Bans girl, but I heard about this brand, & got purchased them on a Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion since I wasn't sure it would be worth the whole $185...it is. The view out of these lenses are pristine. Literally makes everything look as though it was in HD. Sturdy build, beautiful protector case & the glasses don't fall off my face. Never going back to Ray Bans. <3

The best glasses I have ever owned; sunglasses and prescription glasses.The titanium frame is comfortable and sturdy. The arms of the glasses are solidly constructed too. The shape and style are tight / dope. The glow W.P. logo details are a very nice touch. The lenses are more than impressive. Scratch resistant they have stood up to a beating. The tint/shading is perfect, as in not too dark or bright. I particularly like the hue, which allows (to my eyes) a great display of close to true color.The counterweights in the arms make for a balanced piece: not once have these lenses fallen off my face when bending over or in awkward positions.By far, these are the most impressive glasses I've personally seen since eye wear became a necessity at the age of 7. I would and have suggested these shades to anyone. If William Painter makes/ made a pair of prescription lenses in the same or similar format I would jump in a heart beat.I drive all day for work, and have worn these everyday since their arrival, sun or rain (for glare).

What should I say to William Painter?I ordered the sunglasses to Germany.The first thing I received was a pair of bent sunglasses.They complained that I had to pay the costs for the return myself, they are about $40.I got a new one, it has been used before. You can see from the fact that the cloth was not properly folded and the case dirty. I also had to pay the costs for the customs myself, about 60 $.So the sunglasses cost me 100 $ more.Pro:good glasses, looks good, fits well. I can't say anything about that.Contra:I find it a cheek that I got used sunglasses, especially after the first pair of glasses was bent and clearly had a mistake and my ass was sweetened by William Painter.And then there are the extra costs.Conclusion:Who does not come from the states and on gambling stands then she orders you.No recommendation

I've been wearing these shades for only ­three days now, but let me say, i am so­ld!! They feel great, look great, it ­took some getting used to as I've never­ owned a shades so robust (which is a go­od thing) . I love how the logo on each ­of the handles feel and glow in low light areas. ­Did i mention i look great?! No regrets

Best sunglasses I've own period. Had them for over a year and half and used it as my primary shades and taken on on many international trips, including winter trip to the most northern tip of China where it's below 0 degrees and hot tropical weather in Southeast Asia, Dropped it multiple times but there's still no scratch on the lens or the main frame. The only place where it looked worn after a year was under the frame where it sits on my ear, probably due to all to my sweaty head, but you can't really see it when it's on the face anyways. The progressing shading on the lens look good and hard to go without polarized once you get used to it. Sad to lose the pair during a recent trip but definitely get another pair soon.

Looks and feels great and the visual is awesome. They are kind of pricey but they are going to last me a long time. I drive a lot so having great eye coverage is very important.
