The liquid and sugar measurements vary according to the type of fruit or vegetable used. They are not as dense as jam or jelly. The fruit should remain firm and sit in a nice pool of syrup thick enough to coat a spoon. I like the high fruit content
A classic Greek desert this product has a high fruit content. It is very well suited t have it with cheese, on its own or with Greek yogurt. The packaging of the product was also very good so it arrived safe and well.

Haven't had a chance to try yet but if it's as good as their other fruits in syrup then I won't be disappointed. Update to follow

I personally did not like this jam. I used to make my own quince jam...and this jam has a very syrup texture rather than jam. All I can taste is sugar syrup. Very dissapointed

Great taste of Quince but too sweet
Better as an accompaniment to yoghurt than as a jam. Much sweeter than mother in law makes. Good product for a Quince hit!
