I have to say these worked great for my knee and foot pain. I went to the doctor and specialist for my terrible foot pain. Neither doctor could help me. They said to do exercises for my foot which didn't work. I have to say however the first time taking these I had to take for almost 2 months before I noticed the pain to go away. My knee pain never returned. Sometimes my foot pain returns once a year (possibly the weather change) then I only need to take these again for about 1-2 weeks. I would highly recommend.

Been taking 4-6 tabs a day for almost 2 weeks now. Have found no differance in pain levils. Since I bought 2 bottles I'LL continue until gone to see what happens to give it a fair shake.

This is regrettably a product I just can't keep taking due to the cost. I do believe it is helpful for gut health as well as for overall pain relief. I have taken it with other supplements, so for stand alone benefit I can't say. With what the economic picture is looking like it is doubtful I'll be able to resume purchasing this, but I definitely would if possible.

I'm not impressed with the results after 2 weeks of taking the normal dose of Pain 180. It didn't help with inflammation or pain but did cause side effects that are not described anywhere. (excessive sweating and allergic reaction to one of its ingredients)Warning: It contains Bromelain. I have constant back and hip pain with inflammation. I was going back and forth taking Ibuprofen or Naproxin several times a day.I felt bloated and it never really alleviated all the pain. I started to worry about what the long terms effects of taking this medication daily, so I started reading up on Enzyme Therapy. I found this and decided to give it a shot. I started out taking 3 tablets a day and I saw no improvement, I slowly increased each day until I was taking 6 per day and that seemed to do the trick. My back and hip pain definitely decreased more than when I was taking the over the counter meds, but I noticed if I missed even one dose, I was right back in pain. So, I did my best to make sure I was taking the full does at the correct time each day. The only problem, as many tablets as I have to take to ease the daily pain, it is just a bit too expensive for me. I am currently looking for alternatives and hope to find something that will work at a more reasonable price.

This is a very nice replacement for Tylenol or other sleepy pain relief drugs. I showed it to my knee doctor and he didn't say not to take it. Enzymes are always good for digestion and to have a mixed formula is really unique and I use it for all areas of inflammation in my body as I also have food and skin allergies. Very good product and I highly recommend it!

This product contains dairy that I didn't notice when I purchased it, so I wasn't able to use it. I think there are better options for enzyme therapy.

Product worked within 20 minutes for my knee pain. Pretty good . Will reorder soon.
