There's a seam on these right down the middle that seems is a weak spot, not keeping suction. Ok for gliding but not stationary.

I'm new to Cupping. The massage therapist offered to try them on me a couple weeks ago and I was game. I'm sold. I took a look at the cups she used before I left, and bought some that looked just like them same day here on Amazon. I like these cups with no moving parts, flexible, and easy to clean and store (they stack, nesting). I use fractionated, liquid coconut oil as the lubricant to secure a suction. I don't know how much long-term improvements the Cupping is doing, but I know that it sure feels good to me while being done. I prefer the dynamic use of the cups, which to me feels like deep tissue massage, which I love. The stationary usage doesn't necessary feel good or bad, and I don't know if I have long-term results from either dynamic or stationary. But I'm totally game! Love these suckers (no pun intended)!I rated the Suction as below full strength because I would describe them and child proof or dummy proof: it's really hard to get a very strong suction. I am able to get a comparable suction to what I experienced in the professional setting, when I use enough oil and depress the cup enough before applying it to skin. That being, said, redness or bruising can still occur within a minute, so treat them like a pot on the stove - don't walk away! Keep an eye on what you're doing.I rated Pain Relief as mid-grade, because I don't know if there are lasting or shortterm pain improvement.

just receive them and have no problem attaching them. You do have to use two thumbs though to squeeze. Spent a few months with a massage therapist who used these cups for chronic problems I have with my hips and glutes. I did notice more flexibility in said areas. I am no longer seeing that therapist because I moved out of state. Ordered the cups to apply on my own body. If you want more control of the suction you will have to get a kit with a pump, but for the cost and ease of use, these are fine.

The cupping set I received is very transparent just like shown on the picture, making it easy for me to observe what is going on inside the cup. That way I can regulate the intensity of the vacuum suction when I am using these cups on my husband for his back pain. The is set is versatile with 4 different size cups and is priced well. Initially I bought it as a gift but could not resist and had to try it. I find it much easier and less painful to use than my faciablaster which I primarily use for cellulite. With cupping I find that I can control the pressure and it is not as painful as the blaster stick, which is also very pricey. Looks like I discovered a multi-use solution for pain relief and body firming.

I really like these cups I do want to comment there was a super long black hair entangled in them when I got them it made me gag a little for some reason lol overall I'm pretty happy

These cups are awesome and very true to their claims. I tried these on my cellulite's and most parts of my body and the results are great! My thighs are getting firmer plus these could get rid of my back pains too.

My physical therapist recommended these and I am so glad I listened to her. I suffer from chronic muscle pain and used to have to use a foam roller nightly to help. Now I use these nifty little cups to help relieve the muscle spasms and pain. If you have tried "cupping" at acupuncture, physical therapy or massage and got good results, then buy these for self treatment. They are economical and work great!
