This neck brace is very comfortable and easy to use, it’s not too thick, heavy or stiff while offering good support. I have trouble with my neck sometimes and this helps me rest and relax my neck. The material is also very nice. I have not wash it yet but I anticipate no problems with that. It works well.This product is made with great quality, providing a great fit and comfort for your neck It feels like it has an extra layer of harder padding making it stiffer which keeps it's shape and doesn't bend easily.

I love the firmness of it and also, while it is sturdy, it's comfortable. The bonus is the extension gasket. I like to wear it to its max and then later on it allows me to relax a little bit, but still maintain my support. Excellent product.

I've had neck problems for over a decade, and I'm always in extreme discomfort/pain when just watching TV or reading in bed, but this keeps the pain away while I relax! It's super easy to use and provided me instant relief. I can't wait to see how much better my neck will be after more continued use! It also keeps your neck from bending if you really pump it up (helps with posture). You look really goofy wearing it, but for the right person it may be very helpful.I can definitely feel it working.

The brace gives good support. However, if you have a short neck it can be difficult to wear. But I received a response from the seller and they are going to take my comments from the original post into consideration so that it can help future buyers. They have been great at responding to my comments where I advised that they need to notify buyers that if they have a shorter neck stem the brace height could be an issue. 5 stars for their handling of my concern.

It's very comfortable, I've had others but I really liked this one. The pump has a super good material quality and the valve finish gives the impression of being very professional. The fabric is soft and without seams that bother. I recommend these.

It keeps my neck stable and from throbbing. I have neck problems from a car accident I was in. The thing I don’t like is it irritates my chin, so don’t wear it very long.

Comfortable easy to put on and take off, washable cover. It is much more secure and supportive compared to others! Fits just right. It's soft enough to sleep in. Great buy!
