Good Electric Motor Cycle For My Daily Office Commute, Daily 12km To N Fro Distance, I charge Battery Daily 2 Hours, Or else 2 Days once it's takes 4Hours charging Time, overall Good Product.

I would like to give minus rating if possible. Don’t purchase at all. No service support from Amazon and No support from manufacturer. I have brought only 5 months back and having throttle issue and manufacturer is denying to cover in warranty. It is better to purchase locally. Don’t go with online. I have done big mistake and now I am suffering a lot!!

Company indicates that installation will be completed within 48 hours, I received this cycle on Thursday, but today, Tuesday, no installation service is provided. I called their numbers, they are useless.I assembled it myself using the company video, the video is good, but installation is not easy. Saddle used to slide down once I sit on it. there is too little gap between front wheel and peddle, and also front mud guard is too close to the frame, I had to fit it in reverse direction to avoid rubbing this mud guard every time I move the handle.the cycle takes my weight easily and moves well on roads. Speed is OK. Looks are good. this is a cheap alternative to electric scooters for one person.

I really appreciate the customer support for constantly following up and giving necessary assistance in arranging service experts on site. The bike is a very good ride. The response while riding with pedal assist is really good. It’s made the ride so easy and effortless. Few things to keep in mind is to charge fully (5hrs in my case) before going for long ride. Also during initial installation myself, i found the disc brake not up to the mark first time, and since bike is going with extra power is NOT likely to stop as expected. You would need assistance here. Also i wish the bike had a horn and light, which can be bought separately. Apart from all these, the bike motor, battery are all good and working well which are the main components.

Cycle is comfortable but the seat is little bit high

Cycle's speed is good around 25-30 km/h , the most interesting part for me is after 5 hours (almost) charge it can give me 35-40 km range (but if you want this type of range you have to maintain a constant speed around 20-25 km/h and avoid first acceleration),quality of this cycle is good overall the cycle is good in this price

I purchased an Urban Terrain Cycle; it's an awesome experience.Believe me, mileage and battery are awesome, and when I ride my cycle, everyone looks at me and asks me about the cycle.& i will review my cycle with in 4 days the build quality is awesome, battery charging completed on 3 hours when i'm riding this cycle after full charge it run 35-40 km on good speed, which is the most interesting part on this, in my village many person taken test drive this cycle most of the person want to purchase this cyle highely recommended, is my first bettery cycle i'm planning for e bike but now i drop because of this cycle if possible so will do some modification with cereal in future, very happy cult team also good they given proper response for every query go and buy this product.WANT TO HIGHLIGHT1.
