Weight limit for the pouch is 15 lbs. The 4 months-2 years recommendation is for our Kerier, which is a different item.

Q: How difficult is it to put the baby inside the pouch? Looks like it would be tricky.

Very simple! You just place baby on your should like when you're burping him, then you can open the pouch and slide him in!

Q: Do they have them for twins?

Only one baby can be in the pouch at a time, but you could certainly let each parent wear one baby!

Yes, the Dad Shirt has two magnets sewn in that keep the head support in place when there is not a baby in the pouch!
