Clean, natural, great taste.
For the health nuts out there like me, this is the go-to. My personal health risks for Breast Cancer are higher due to family history and a few other factors. Many research studies (not giving medical advice, look them up yourself) correlate EGCG to reduced breast cancer risk. I have been boiling two cups of water nightly with two packets of this green tea. It is natural, no plastic or added chemicals. Tastes great and was an easy swap for my glass of wine at night 😆 (also a perk). I typically add a little honey as well and pair this with a good book. Try it, no regrets.

Lovely tasting green tea

New to Green Tea - This is a good product so far
I've read that I need to be drinking organic Japanese green tea five times a day!! So I thought this large package would be a great start. So far so good. I'm not generally a fan of green tea, so I was worried. But I find the flavor nice, and it is growing on me. Here's to good health and lots of tea!
