Good product and good energy not jittery energy
These are definitely something you have to try. A friend wanted me to look into these and I did my research and found these and bought him some and I tried them first and was shocked. They really do what they say they are going to do and it's a good type of energy and no crash! Great brand as well!

Unique taste and large amount of Shilajit
I take these in the morning and only only gummy as I also take another Shilajit supplement that has other ingredients to reduce homocysteine levels. Although I take this in the morning, the hope is that it will help with sleep as well, Not sure on that one.First gummy that has a "Raspberry and Watermelon" flavor that I have tried. Not bad! Biggest complaint really is that these stick together to the extreme. It can take a lot to get them separated!Will likely re-order despite the stickiness of the gummies.

No real results
I tried these gummies for a month and I have yet to observe any boost to my daily energy. The gummies are pretty good. The flavor is somewhat muted compared to the smell from the bottle, which is fine. They leave an aftertaste, but it's not an unpleasant one. I liked that the bottle had both a seal around the lid and underneath the lid, to prevent tampering and to extend the shelf life. Your mileage may vary, but I cannot really give these gummies a recommendation.

Tasty and energizing! Great for immune support. Slightly sticky texture but worth it.

good but not perfect
I have been diagnosed with disease and was looking for something to strengthen my body. Ran across this product and decided to give it a try . So far I can't tell if it's working but I intend on using it a little longer to give it a chance to work. I'm also doing physical therapy and bicycling in place to strengthen my body.
