I am giving out really miserable ratings/reviews for silvertone and low-end silver jewelry that I've purchased lately. This necklace is one of the standout exceptions. This necklace cost me $9.99 and considering the very reasonable price and nice design, I rated it 5 stars. As another reviewer commented, it is actually much heavier and more substantial than the pictures would suggest. I am 5'2" and the bottom of the piece hits about half way between mid chest and my belly button. It is going to be part of the jewelry for my Halloween witch costume, so I really did not want to pay a lot for something that I would wear once a year. It actually is nice enough and seemingly sturdy enough to wear as everyday costume jewelry.

I wear this necklace several times a week because it's so neutral. I get compliments every time I wear it. It has started to loose it finish on the chain from frequent use. But for the price I'll take it. I'll probably buy an extra for a back up. (Purchased both silver & gold)

I loved this it was so pretty & a nice size. First 10 min wearing it I shook out a garbage bag and it barley snagged on it necklace totally fell apart pieces flew every where and I can't even find the pieces that flew every where :( it was great for the first 10 minutes :(

I am using it to dress up a tap dance costume set to the misic Destination Moon!
