Love this Flour!!
I have histamine intolerance and cannot eat regular white flour. The SIGHI food list listed Kamut as having no histamine. Since I had avoided all flour for about 10 years because of the major problems it caused me, I was very reluctant. But I decided to give it a try. First, the flour has an amazing flavor. Second, it has a wonderful texture. The biscuits I made were incredible! Third, absolutely no pain! Needless to say, I have used the flour in cakes, breads and anything else calling for flour. No symptoms! It is wonderful. I recommend the flour to anyone but if you have histamine intolerance, try this flour.

Amazing flour
Been baking with a lot of high end whole wheat flours for my sourdough loaves.I thought I would give this a try. This flour is extraordinary. Very light in texture and flavor. Produces soft interior, wonderful aroma. I am using it in 50-50% ratio with other bread flours. It’s hard not to eat a lot in one sitting.In addition to producing wonderful loaves, it has more protein, nutrients and other items that make it good for your body.

Excellent Flavor, great quality.
Used it in an artisan sourdough bread. Composition was 8% dark rye, whole wheat, and kamut each, and 76% white bread flour. I used to make the same bread with 12% dark rye, 12% whole wheat, and 76% white bread flour. Adding the kamut to the mix substantially improved the flavor of the bread. It added a deliciously nutty taste and pleasantly chewy texture. Besides, the loaf baked up with much richer yellowish brown color. It's really wonderful.Just wish the price can be a bit more affordable.... :-)

The best flour I have ever used!!
Great taste, easy on digestive system! The best flour for bread. My children have gluten issues and this flour doesn't bother them.

Great product
Love the quality. Bought a different brand and it was of lesser quality and was also a different shade. The quality of my bread is actually noticable. Wish they sold bigger sizes so I can just get one bag

Finer flour than other brands :D
I bought another brand of Kamut flour on Amazon and the flour was not ground fine enough. This brand was ground as fine as regular white flour from the store.. I made focaccia with it and it was AMAZING. I will be buying this brand :D

Cinnamon rolls delicious
People in the family are gluten intolerant (not celiac), and candy eat breaded treats. Those of you who know, know gluten free items are pricey and taste like cardboard on a good day. We got this to try and lucky for us, the cinnamon rolls made with it (use like regular flour but only 3/4 cup for ever 1 cup of flour called for) were wonderful and those with intolerance to gluten could eat them without any issues. Bread will be next..
