Ritter SportChocolate Gift Set 24 X 100g

First time I tried Ritter Sport chocolates I was stationed in Germany, 1992, my God these are Awesome!!

24 unique, different flavors of Ritter Sport are advertised. I expected to receive 24 unique, different flavors of Ritter Sport and I expected them to be the ones advertised. I received SIX of the ones shown, six others that were not listed here at all, and then a DUPLICATE of those same twelve. From the looks of the boxes, they are "grab bag" items from Ritter Sport, but nowhere in the advertising do they state that the selection is not what is shown. Nor that there may be duplicates. And apparently because it's a food item it is not returnable? What a scam! Stay away! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing but didn't bother since their overall rating was high. I have also reported the false advertising. So disappointed.

It's chocolate. It is Ritter Sports.Pro: they shipped mine insulated and with cooling gel and with big fat stickers on the outside to make sure this does not get to me melted. They seem to have heard previous feedback. Well don.Con: Like others have said, this comes with much less variety than pictured. A little deceptive if you ask me, hence the star reduction. I really do not like it when pictures do not match the product. Essentially two similar sets of chocolates. A bunch of the ones from the picture missing. Duplicates. Too many with nuts (for my taste).

Honestly not too bad. Some reviewers say that theirs melted but mine seemed in pretty good shape. My only complaint was two the chocolates had one day before they expire but other then that not bad.

Love the large assortment. Would buy again.

I am giving this review two stars for one reason! IT WAS NOT THE ASSORTMENT SHOWN IN THE PHOTO OR IN THE DESCRIPTION! They all came very fast which was a plus and they were all in tact and none were melted. HOWEVER— for $100 I expected to get what I wanted. It’s like they ran out of some flavors so doubled up on some (lame) and I’m sad because some of the flavors missing are the ones I was most excited to try!

I was ripped off. No follow-up by company after email. Complaint. Can not return. Expected at least 24 different Ritter Sport as shown. 12 duplicates. Do not buy. Overpriced. Cheaper to buy 2 12 count. False advertising!

Otherwise it was cool to get so many different varieties.
