We use collagen in our smoothies every day, normally in powder or capsule form. This liquid collagen is a whole new approach. It also has an array of other supplements that should be a nice to addition to the mix, especially the Turmeric and Saw Palmetto. Unfortunately, it has a fairly strong sweet citrusy flavor that transfers to and stands out in the smoothie. It’s not a terrible taste, but neither is it a flavor that I like very much.It also has a four ml recommended dose, and the eyedropper is calibrated for one ml, so you need to add four eyedroppers full to whatever you’re drinking. The bulb on the eyedropper is a little bit small for the job, though, so a “full” draw into the dropper is just a little less than a ml. I end up using four almost-ml squirts plus a tad extra to make up and get closer to four ml.

As I've gotten older, the hair has thinned a bit and the nails are more brittle than they once were. I have a little bit of a problem with this as I like to keep my supplements where I can see them and be reminded to actually take them.The bottle contains enough for about a month.
