Good sturdy build. So refreshing to have a sturdy retractable knife unlike those cheap pieces of plastic that I have to replace after a week if use. I feel this will last a long time. And at a very fair price (£7)

This knife is reasonably priced and I find it much better to use than similarl plastic knives. The grip is better with less flex and hence cutting is good, the metal casing is stronger than plastic and so the knive casing itself is less prone to breaking, a problem I've had with most plastic knives. Very satisfied

Quality metal handled knives, very fit for purpose.

Disappointed in this Fiskars product having bought other tools of this brand - flimsy and very light . I cannot find a section of the handle or hold the blaze section your snapping off so have to use long nose pliers - one blade only and the mechanism you remove to change blades is cheap plastic - not the usual Fiskars quality I would expect .

I expected better from 'made in Finland'. The main problem with this is that the catch on the blade is looser than I'd like. As I cut, I had to keep my thumb on the catch, otherwise it would move - very dangerous. I was making quite deep cutes, but that's what this is for.The make itself isn't too sturdy either: the slot holding the blade, and the metal frame are not taughtly held together. In fact, they wobble. This did not affect my work - precision cutting - but it feels awkward to hold.Regret getting this over the couple of £ more expensive Stanley.

Very happy. Despite the lock system being the simple side-depress style it holds the blade firmly. Very nice handle, solid and good weight to it.

these are the ones you should be using, not cheapo plastic ones, it carries a blade much more confidently than plastic can - feels good

Use it every day for opening boxes. Very good. Used plastic ones in the past and found they fall apart. This one will stand being dropped.
