Would recommend!
I am always looking for something that is going to tone me up without actually exercising! I don’t have a lot of time to exercise and I don’t enjoy it. This muscle stimulator comes in nice packaging. It includes an abdominal toner and two arm or leg toners. There are multiple programs to choose from and each feel different. Some are for beginners and others for more advanced. The pads stick well to the skin and did not come off when I was using them. You can feel your muscles twitching and tensing while in use. It feels a bit strange but once you get used to it it’s fine.I can defiantly notice a difference in using this after just under two weeks however, I would like to note that I do not have excess fat on my stomach so this might be why I can see a difference so quickly.Only negative I would say about this product is it does not include any batteries.

Feels like a workout but without the need for the gym!
I was looking for alternative to the regular toning belts that are available and didn't want to part with the high asking price of some of the branded toning kits out there. This comes in a lovely package including an abdominal toner and two arm or leg toners. There are multiple programs to choose from and each one has a different effect on the muscle. I also found that the different strengths of the pulses cater for beginners or more advanced users. The pads stick well to the skin and did not come off when I was using them, even though my muscles were twitching and working like crazy!I found the arm and leg pads were also easy to fit and can be used with different programmes to the abdominal pads which is useful for achieving different results. This is a great set of pads for when I'm travelling and can't always get to the gym. At this early stage I'm unsure of the ultimate results but it certainly feels like I've had a good workout the next day. I'll post back later on how long the pads last, at this stage I've been using them for a while now and it still looks and works as I first had them out of the box.

Works great
Stimulates the muscles well, I was pleasantly surprised especially due to the low price. Pulses are strong and definitely work, I would only use it on setting 2/3 maximum for the time being, 4 is way too intense.I can already feel a difference and will keep using it, having already used it quite a few times, the sticky pads are still sticking really well and the overall build quality feels good.

I like the logic in this let the pads do the work for you and yes you can feel it working it has different settings advise to start low it dose pack a punch it arrives very quickly and in a very nice box it has a nice sticky backing which don't leave any marks on your skin it is run with just 2 AAA batteries in each control which lasts for ages well worth trying if you don't have time for a gym

At first I do not believe it works, after I receive it , I find it is easy to use, just stick it on and it will do the job, feels unused to it at the first time though, then get used to it after a few times of use, the good thing is I do not have to go to gym to achieve the same result.
