Very convenient and a good value for 120 patches
These patches are very similar to things like Icy Hot, Ben-Gay, or Salonpas, but at a really good value for 120 patches. I've used a few already and found that although a bit smaller, they seem to work as good as Salonpas patches and a much lower cost. If I remember correctly, the Salonpas are 4x4 and these are about 3X2, but you get 120 of these! Will buy again!

Works but
I wish I could give this a higher grade. It seems to work fine, and the chemicals in the 'cream' that is on the pad are all listed on the box clearly. But the pad is not listed. That may seem like a small thing, the pad part is almost certainly cotton, and the bandage part is...we don't know. With this type it could be a natural elastic and material, or it could be manmade. Natural means latex usually. The plastic looking types are often latex with adhesive on them to stick. A lot of people, myself included, are allergic to latex. I was excited to try these as well, but there is no information on the box anywhere. If I try them and they are not latex then I will get some nice painrelief for sore muscles. If I try them and they are, my skin will crack, bleed, and a rash will develop around the broken areas extending past the bandage. Oh, and the product will get into the body through the broken skin. It's not a chance I am willing to take. I would advise others with this allergy not to take it either.

Strongly Scented
In the box you get six packets of 20 patches each. They are about the size of a large bandage. They do smell strongly of menthol and camphor. I stuck one to my knee area and it came off pretty easily, maybe due to the sweat pant material. I placed another one there and didn't feel a relief, but my pain is more joint or inflammation pain, not a body ache. The box states they can be compared to Salonpas pain relieving patches. The ingredients appear to be exactly the same so I would recommend these based on that. The brand name costs more as you are paying for the name.

Convenient Pain Relief
These patches come neatly organized in six packets with 20 patches each. This gives you a good supply to have on hand, and the extras stay fresh. They are very thin, and the adhesive works well. They are fairly small - roughly 2" x 3".They have the expected mentholatum smell - I would recommend wearing them at night, or on a day when you plan to be at home. It's not bad, but it is noticeable. It is really convenient to use these - you don't have to deal with the mess of getting thick, smelly linament on your hands.Overall, these are helpful and handy to have on hand for minor aches and pains.

Okay but doesn't stay in place well
I work at a computer all day and often have neck and back stiffness so I love using patches. I literally put this patch exactly where it is on the box picture and it won't stay flat for anything. Any time I shift or move the edges lift up.I do feel (and smell) the camphor and menthol. I don't mind the smell but it is strong and some people may be sensitive to it. The cooling action is noticeable. The packages are easy to open, a plus, plus the patches themselves are easy to apply. They just don't stay in place very well for me.

What's the point if they won't stay on?
These patches are pretty darn small, about the size of 2 fingers (smaller really) together. I was so excited to try these but they won't stay on, not for long at least. I could actually feel them working a bit but I walked out of the room and it fell to the floor. My husband had one on his shoulder and it loosened (NOT COMMON for him) within a hour, this was just as he was sitting at the computer desk. The brand they say these are comparable to seems to have the same issue (not staying attached), so it seems this is a common gripe that has not been addressed. If you notice, many people report this issue, even the one's with higher ratings. I don't get it.

Pretty strong
These patches are surprisingly powerful and you'll start to feel them going to work right away. The adhesive is a good balance between not being impossible to remove when the effect wears off, but strong enough to stay on securely for a few hours. Combined with how many patches you get in a box, this is an insane value.
