Good quality, inexpensive and works well.
Got as desktop fan for office use, needed for low noise, small footprint and ease of use. Happy with quality (the back has a three-speed flush-button, each click increases the fan speed). Noise level is good, not whisper quiet but not intrusive or annoying, just constant hum. The USB power is nice choice as able to plug-in to spare docking station port and worked perfectly first time. The only drawback is that it does not have a mounting option/bracket, so needs to be flat on desk. However, has vertical swivel, so effective even at the low setting.
