Disappointed in quality
Disappointed there is no seal for sip/straw hole in top. Know it is not on pics, but would be helpful to save spills from the hole, and would also keep contents warm for longer

The print is much smaller than advertised!
Received this item that I intended to gift somebody for Christmas & when it arrived the initial was small, taking up about 1/3 of the height of the mug and it was very close to the top. Not the best quality, I wish I had shopped around a bit more .

Disappointed
Was really looking forward to this item as a Christmas gift for my sister, appreciate that it arrived quickly but every disappointment in the fact it is not like the photo shown .. in picture show a small amount of white but on my cup it mostly white ., but really well made.
