Its $17.99 for one recommended filter from Sears for my humidifier so I thought I would save money with these. According to the description they are supposed to fit my humidifier. They do not hold their shape and they need to be replaced every day whereas the recommended filter from sears last the season so is actually cheaper. I get bad sinus headaches from the winter dry heat and these filters did not alleviate my sinus problems in my humidifier like the recommended filter for my machine do. I had to go to Sears to replace these.

The good: These filters arrived quickly and they "work" in my humidifier.The not so good: Because the filter comes in a folded packing, it doesn't curve smoothly to fit into my unit. After installing, it didn't seem to be working well so I opened my humidifier to try to adjust the filter. I found the filter was soggy and unable to stand upright. It was like a wet noodle and just sort of caved inward. The filters need something to give them some kind of support. I then emptied the humidifier and installed another new filter, of which I got only a couple of weeks use before the amount of moisture put into the air was greatly reduced. I'm hoping I can reuse the first one when it is dry. It definitely does not last as long as others I have purchased. I won't be purchasing again.

Bought these, thought they were a bargain because four would normally get us through the winter. The pads last about one week before they become so floppy that they can no longer stand upright and basically collapse and fall over. DO NOT BUY THESE, THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

This product was totally defective in my MoistAir humidifier model ma0800. I put the filter in my humidifier, filled up the tank and ALL 4 filters collapsed within 2 days, and COULD NOT humidify at all. I am so frustrated with this purchase! BAD PRODUCT! I can't return for a REFUND because the filters turned to MUSH when wet! Total waste of money!

These humidifier wicks are awful. The material is so flimsy, that once it gets wet it will not stand up inside the humidifier. It does a horrible job of wicking the water out of the humidifier basin. You can run the humidifier on the highest fan setting and the humidity will not budge because these wicks do such a horrible job. Save your money and try a different brand like the ones made by AirCare if they are available.

I like these better than the Emerson filters. I've had better success at cleaning and re-using them than I ever had with the OEM product. (I soak them in vinegar, rinse thoroughly, and dry them.) They are also a lot cheaper than OEM. I bought a four-pack, and it has lasted me twice as long as I expected. I hope they are still available when I am ready to reorder.

These filters are useless. They are soft and will not hold up in the humidifier. I had to throw them away and order the good ones from Sears. It is false advertising to say they are for Sears humidifier.

It is a little early to review for durability. It's only been in the humidifier a few days. This is my use of this brand, so by the start of Spring I'll know if it holds up like the OEM media.

Don't waste your money on these. They won't last even a 1/4 of the original ones. The price has come down since I bought mine but, they are still not worth it. JUNK!!

Seems to fit well.My humidifier is running fine with the first of the 4 wicks.They appear to be thicker wicks than last year, if that’s possible.In my home, with hard water 45% right now.

You get what you pay for, is an old quote that fits the bill here. Reasonably priced, but they don't last long at all. Lifespan is about a third of the lifespan of the Honeywell filters. So in the end, you don't save money, but a nice option when the Honeywells sell out and aren't available during the winter months.

Flimsy, floppy for an Aircare MA0800 and was "half as thick". Not a true fit and lasted 1/2 as long as original filter .Aircare filters are Expensive, but I am now getting original filters ONLY!

Very thin and flimsy. Becomes a floppy mess very quickly. No longer sands upright and is difficult to position in the humidifier. Would not recommend.
