It's a tight fit so don't expect it to look flattering on the average male body, however it works really well and makes you sweat very easily. How much it helps with weight loss remains to be seen, but it does seem to be made well and should last for a decent amount of time. It seems strange to me ordering a vest according to waist size and according to the chart I needed a size Small. As I expected it didn't fit so swapped it for a Medium and that's ok, so bear that in mind when choosing the size. You could pay a lot more for one of these but this one seems to do the job at an affordable price.

Updated Review:Everything I posted in my original review still applies, in terms of delivery timeframe, quality make etc. Now after wearing it during training for the past week, I can confirm that it does what I hoped as that is accelerate my weight loss. It's comfortable to wear during weights, cycling and running during which I see an immediate increase in my body temperature (as opposed to training without it) and the amount of sweat lost even during a short session is significant. Washes easily and dries quickly, I've been able to wear-wash-wear within the same day without problem.Initial Review:Ordered my vest yesterday and it arrived today, very impressive. Fits me as expected (I'm 6'2 and 102kg), although hopefully in combination with training diet it will help me progress down so that it's too big for me in the future! Been wearing it today and very quickly I can tell that it has increased my core temperature as expected. I can't say just yet how effective it will be at helping me to lose weight but it's definitely comfortable and will make training warmer throughout the year.

Yes you do sweat in it somewhat but not excessively.Not a bad fit but found it bit too big and gatherd in the chest a bit .Would have expected ( more neoprene definitely ) to aid in the heat and sweat factoring .Also found it being a tad thin ?Im not saying a bad product just expected a bit more from it .Will I recomend it Hmmmmmm yes.

This product has decent material and does make you warm and sweat. I use this for work outs which I end up sweating loads more than usual in this vest but I also where it to work and on a day to day basis going to the shops etc

I'm a 6" 105kg guy, 46" chest with a XL, it is a snug fit but I think it's supposed to be. I wear this to teach kickboxing (to give you an idea of activity level) and get a very good sweat purley from wearing this.

Effective for exercising and weight loss. Not too tight or loose, just right! Just remember to measure your waist.The quality was not the best out of the package. Some of the stitches had to be cut and marks were visible on the vest. It looks like as if the vest had been kept under pressure for a long time since the marks would not disappear even after I used it and washed it twice. The material tag came off very easily from the stitches.But overall, it ain't too bad. Just not the best look and quality.
