I am sick of soap that irritates my skin and has strange chemicals so I got this soap. The reason I love this soap is because it is made of natural ingredients and smells pretty good the only exception is it has a slight old person smell to it. Maybe it's just me but it has a little bit of a scent of something my grandma would wear but that is not necessarily a bad thing, maybe it's just me. I love this company there are two others that I own and they are all amazing! If you end up liking this one but want a more youthful scent, I recommend pomegranate it is sweet and great if you want it feel hip and spunky. The cucumber scent is definitely refined and gives you a spa vibe. Because scents are hard to describe just buy this bottle yourself and you won't be disappointed it's very calm and rejuvenating. I use it most when I am feeling stressed out.

I purchased Sandal-woo and I agree with other reviews that say when you smell it in the bottle — nothing. When I lathered up, I went straight to wonderland; it smells SO good! I love the rich lather and my body feels clean and fresh when I finish. The down side for me is that the smell doesn’t linger the way on my body; guess I’ll have to get their matching lotion. Yet it certainly lingered in the bathroom and that was a plus for me!

I like to layer my fragrances, so this is where it starts, in the shower. It has a light scent of gardenia, which is fine with me since I use gardenia lotion, oil, spray, nothing too strong.

The sent is good and it is moisturizing.

I guess I over expected a more abundant aroma of sandalwood and while the body wash is very rich and moisturizing, the price is pretty high. I will use the product but will shop around for another in hopes of a stronger scent and less money,

This is a great product! I was in search of something sandalwood scented and stumbled on Shikai (the sandalwood scented one is also amazing!). I got it, was very impressed, then Spring started and I wanted something brighter. The Yuzu is a bright citrus scent, somewhere between grapefruit and lemon, hard to really describe. The scent is very mild, which is perfect for me. I'm super sensitive to smells, coupled with migraines makes it really difficult to find anything that has the right level of scent. Most of my friends and family also suffer from migraines so they also appreciate the mildness. The other great part about this bodywash is how great it feels on my skin. I have fairly sensitive skin, some body washes have given me chemical burns in the past. I have yet to go wrong with an oatmeal based product. The office I work in is very dry, that little bit of added defense from the oatmeal and aloe makes my time there much less itchy.It does seem a bit on the expensive side, but it only requires a little bit (quarter sized) on a sea sponge to wash my whole body and I still have to finish rinsing the soap out. So it lasts a long time. I love this product! If you're on the fence, just try it, if nothing else, we all know someone with sensitive skin and I'm sure they'll appreciate the lack of added colors and mild scent.

I have severe re-occurring prickly heat in my second trimester, this is a great alternative to an oatmeal bath if you prefer to shower. I intend to take it to Center Parcs to help re-hydrate and soothe my skin after spending time in the chlorinated water. Where a bath in oatmeal isn't really going to be an option. The oat ingredient take the heat out of the rash and moisturise skin in a non-greasy manner. Expensive, but well worth it. Has a lovely fresh fragrance. Would highly recommend both the product and the seller.

Skin felt softer after use
