The all new O2 SIDEKICK is the perfect oxygen cylinder companion for any mobile oxygen user. It's what you've been asking for! This unique bag can be used as a roller bag, a backpack, OR a shoulder bag. The bag can accommodate M2, M4, M6, M7, ML6, M9, MD, MJD, or even ME cylinders.Features:The main front pocket of the O2 SIDEKICK opens using a large EZ-Grab zipper tube puller making it simple to open both front zippers at the same time. The main pocket contains 2 large elastic mesh compartments that can be used to store extra tubing or additional supplies. Two large wide cylinder security straps can be easily cinched around your oxygen cylinder to secure it into place. Using a standard regulator or a conserving device, your oxygen tubing can then be run through one of three grommet holes so that you can completely conceal your oxygen system within the bag. Once your oxygen system is secured into place, a dual position roller handle can be extended to roll the bag similar to roller luggage. To convert the bag to a backpack, simply retract the roller handle, and extend the two hidden padded backpack straps and clip them to the d-rings near the bottom of the bag. The bag is triple padded in the back to minimize the pressure from the cylinder and roller handle against the back. This bag is constructed from washable, heavy-duty denier, has a large external mesh water bottle holder, embroidered carrying handles for easy pick up, a large external zippered pocket, and is lined with reflective silver piping for easy visibility at night. An inside zippered pocket extends a panel to cover the taller ME size cylinder.

Highly recommend this carrier Read my Review firsty
I love this device. It is handy, great to use, and travels well with me in my car, on my scooter, and while walking. I read all of the other reviews and remembered then. 1. cut a small piece plywood to insert into the bottom of the bag. This stops it from breaking the fiberboard bottom and having it not stand correctly or have the feet to push out. I used two pieces of 1/4" plywood and glued them together. I also put a small rubber coaster on the bottom for the tank to rest on. 2. I use D size tanks as they are handier to walk with or carry. I have used the E size, but found out that I really do not need to carry so much all at once. The E tank fits well, carries well, and has a cool hoodie to cover the tall size.2. The shoulder straps need a little more padding so bought two and snapped them, no biggy. 3. the shoulder straps can be used to carry the device, but also slips over the setback of my scooter and power chair. 4. In restaurants it fits under the table or between the chairs and is very easy to roll. To sum it all up, great product, heavy canvas and zippers, and the wheels roll well. Mine take a beating, but i found wheels to replace them at mobility scooter, wheelchair, and others that are use as anti-tipping products. Look for the small ones. Yes, I will buy another one if this one ever gives out, which I really doubt. And with that, I am very happy I bought mine. Get your own.

It's a good bag
I believe it could be improved for use with the E size tanks, the extension flap should have a hole that would slide over the stem on the tank and have the Velcro located to better secure the flap. also some way to hold up the zipper when using the extension flap. I used a rubber band with two clips that hook to each zipper. More padding on the back where the tank hits and a waist strap to help hold the load. Otherwise it's a good bag, it keeps my hands free.

Overall I am very pleased with the backpack
Overall I am very pleased with the backpack. I will start with the good. The pack fits my D-tank perfectly with the conserving device attached. The zippers for the main compartment are very beefy and have worked well since I received the pack in April. The straps that hold the tank are very easy to secure the tank inside the bag. Overall the pack works very well for what it is designed for.And now for the bad. Soon after I received the pack I was rolling through a parking lot that had areas of tiny gravel. I happened to hit something in that lot that tore a small chunk out of one of the wheels. I don't believe that this was a quality issue, but take it as a warning as to what could happen on less than ideal rolling surfaces. The only complaint I have is that the base of the pack where the tank sits has warped and now the feet of the pack are not pointing straight down. This causes the pack to lean and has fallen over a few times. I believe I can fix this problem with a piece of plywood to reinforce the base.Overall, I would purchase another pack if I need to.

This product is very sturdy and is exactly what I was looking for
This product is very sturdy and is exactly what I was looking for. It also has pockets inside for storing extra supplies. Overall, it makes transporting oxygen so much easier, with room for wallet and keys on side pocket. The added mesh holder is perfect for water bottles. I would give this 5 stars if two issues were addressed: 1) the shoulder straps need a pocket or full removal availability when not in use because they tend to drag on the ground. I just wrap them around to shorten the length to avoid this problem. 2) Some kind of spacer for bottom of bag to elevate the smaller refillable oxygen bottles. These bottles are very short and the straps for holding in place don't fit properly. This doesn't create any problems regarding overall performance, but it would be better to secure the bottle tightly. I would buy this product again and tell all my friends to do the same. Also, the bag is roomy enough to place a 10" tablet inside, gloves and scarfs, etc.

I like this oxygen roller bag
I like this oxyygen roller bag, but there are a few things I would change or tweek: 1)The wheels do not roll well on carpet --are a bit sluggish rolling on rugs. It would be nice if the wheels were made like many rolling suitcases where they roll sideways and reverse as well. 2) The handle often collapses when being used. It not as stable or doesn't lock in place sometimes. 3) The straps which holds the oxygen tanks in place are a bit a bit tricky to negotiate with a heavy canister. I think they would work better if the straps were velcro instead of buckling into place. I like the looks of this bag and it gives me more freedom.

Lifechanger!
This was such a wonderful change for me. I am terminally ill and very weak, so carrying around the tanks on my shoulder when I go out was such a hard task to do. I'd rather have a rolling bag and my oxygen company never supplied anything on wheels. I honestly didn't feel like dealing with them so I researched on my own and came across this bag. I love it! IT is a little bigger than my old typical tank carrier bag. The only con I have dealt with. It can't fit as easily on the passenger's seat as before. I also love the storage capacity to store extra cannulas or any other extra tubing.

Great bag with some flaws!
I wish I could redesign this bag somewhat! It does fall over easily. Pockets need to be slightly larger and open from the top so things don’t fall out. It’s the best bag I could find and I’m grateful to have it! I can’t carry my O2 tanks but I can roll them with this, giving me flexibility when I need to go out. I would buy again, at this time.
