These bags are a great replacement for all of my normal reusable grocery bags that I always forget at home or in my trunk. These bags stuff into the attached carry sack with ease and when inside the bags are small enough to keep in your cars center console or door panel and then when going into a store grab a bag or two and throw them into a pocket.The bags themselves, when unpacked are about the size of a standard plastic single use bag you would get at any grocery store, Target, or Walmart. The big difference is that these bags are so durable that I have no concerns loading them up. I have regularly loaded these with two gallon size jugs and had no issues. They are also great for large numbers of smaller items as well. When filled with lots of small items there are two flaps at the top of the bag that you can fold over top of the items that will help to keep items from falling out of the top of the bag when carrying or when sitting in a trunk or on a car's seats.While these bags are more expensive than many of the reusable grocery bags that you might be able to by at a grocery store, but they are worth the price, because you will not forget these all the time and will be able to have them at hand when you actually need them.

We use these for the kids’ snow pants on school days. They always have the bag clipped to their backpacks. Then they can open it up when they need it for extra storage. They also work great for Halloween candy, art projects, treats, and other stuff.And of course they work for shopping too.

I am very happy with the quality, durability and strength of this product. It is functional and compact and can even carry heavier items. It is at least as large as the average grocery store plastic bag but stronger. I find it very easy to stuff it back into the little attached bag and then into my purse until I need it. I like to carry 1 or 2 even in my small purse. That is how compact the are and if you run our of room, there is always the carabineer to use to clip it to you or your purse. I hope to order more for holiday gifts this winter and I like the newer selection of colors too.

So here's what I like about these: You can keep one in your purse at all times in case you go into a store for something or need to bag up a to-go package at a restaurant, and it takes up very little space in the bottom of your purse. The rest of these bags stay on the passenger seat of my car for when I'm doing larger grocery runs. I used to have a big collection of reusable bags in the back of my car -- of all shapes and sizes -- and it was really messy. I have to say this is SO much more convenient (and neat). Plus they are durable and hold a lot; I do some pretty big grocery runs and have yet to use every single bag. Grocery baggers always compliment me on them, too!

In San Francisco (and probably other areas) (and probably soon to be many more areas), groceries and many other merchants are prohibited from using plastic bags and are now charging $.10 per paper bag. I have many reusable shopping bags - I keep them in the trunk of my car. But this product, these adorable Reusable Shopping Tote Bags, are tiny, lightweight, and perfect for keeping in my purse. Rather surprisingly they open up to a full size shopping bag, and are great to have when I stop to buy something but don't have my car. A friend of mine attached one to her back pack so it is always handy. The bag is stored in a bag which is attached, so that to use it you pull it out of the bag, and when you have emptied it you stuff it back into itself. I'm saving money and helping the environment. They come in bright and fun colors and I plan to give some as gifts. All good stuff!

I bought my first set of these bags in 2015 and loved them. After 8 years, I've lost one (only one! the carabiners and attached pouches are great) and another started developing holes, so I bought a new set. The new bags are the same size, shape, & colors, but the fabric is a bit stiffer and rustles more. I find it unpleasant. It's not the worst recycled fabric I've ever felt, but I prefer the original fabric; a friend with sensory issues outright hates the new stuff.The new fabric might be sturdier, but since the old fabric lasted 8+ years of abuse, I think it was durable enough. I'd like the option to buy the Original ChicoBag Original.

These are great to keep in your purse, backpack, suitcase, etc. Lightweight, sturdy and very useful.

I use this product my self, but I also give it to special friends as a little gift. They will remember you every time they use their Chico. My first Chico was from my daughter. They are larger than most and very easy to keep handy. They are a 10 our of 10.

I own a few older Chico bags and was hoping these were similar but true to some of the other reviews they are definitely smaller. They are solid bags but I miss the other size.
