Worked for my needs
Buying this was just like picking up two yards of cut fabric from a store. It's bright white and came without any flaws or marks on it. However keep in mind this fabric is fairly thin. If you place your hand behind it, you can see the silhouette of it and your skin tone through it. This was just fine for what I needed the fabric for, but I thought it should be mentioned so anyone else that's considering this would be aware. It is a thin fabric. Folding it over and doubling it up will make it completely opaque. The cut was clean and not unraveling at all when it arrived. I used an iron on it to flatten out the fold creases and the fabric took to it fine. The creases came out and even on the irons hottest settings, it did not burn or damage the fabric. With the ease of buying this online, I would definitely order more of this again if I needed some.

Great for Cheesemaking
I use this fabric for making cheese, so I cannot comment on its properties when it comes to sewing. However, as a cloth to strain whey out of cheese curd, it works great. Much better than the cloth advertised as actual "cheese cloth", which is useless for draining whey. I only make one kind of cheese though, an easy Finnish variant called Leipäjuusto / Pilkkujuusto / Kahvijuusto (Lit. Bread cheese, colloquially known as Polka Dot Cheese, Coffee Cheese, or by the American name Squeaky Cheese, as it squeaks against your teeth as you chew it). So I can only vouch for this cloth when it comes to the type of cheese that I make. It drains the whey out of the curd really well without even a tiny glob of precious curd escaping.Cleaning the cloth after the draining process was a piece of cake (or cheese?). This was done by soaking it for a bit in warm water with dishwashing liquid, scrubbing off any curd crumbles, and boiling the cloth. Clean as a whistle afterwards! Drying was easy as well by suspending it on a string under a ceiling fan; dried in less than an hour.So all in all, I would highly recommend this cloth for draining whey our of your curd. As I mentioned, commercially available cheese cloth is useless for this, but this 100% cotton does a fantastic job of it! The amount of fabric is perfect for the casual cheesemaker as well, and you can't beat the price, especially compared to cheese cloth which doesn't work as well and costs a lot more.

Very Nice Fabric
This is a very nice white cotton fabric. Not too thin. It will work beautifully as drape backing.

I wish the fabric was thicker.
Very happy with seller. I do wish the fabric was thicker, but it did serve my purpose. A fair value for the price. I have ordered several times because of price.

Too thin
Very, very thin. Wanted it for a quilt, but you can see through it. Even doubling the material did not help.

Great deal for this quality material!
I was delighted To receive this material two days early. I volunteered to help make masks for non frontline nurses?, doctors and all hospital staff for three hospitals! This was especially welcomed when I was running low on supplies and couldn't replenish enough for the 3rd layer. So nicely woven, yet very breathable among two other layers!! Thank you! I WIll be returning after my first horrific encounter with another vendor. It also helped with blackout curtains for the lining on the backside...what was left.

Exactly as described. 100% cotton. Great value.
Item was exactly as described. I used the two yards for a lining to two curtain panels. The fabric was sheer but still a bit opaque for it's intended purpose as lining. It was as suspected for 100% cotton. It was soft and a great value for the price. I received it on time and was packaged neatly and securely.

Nice quality
Good quality, heavy, soft, not sheer at all — excellent for making masks, which is what I bought it for, but it would be great for plenty of other items.
