Q: Would this fit in to a dji osmo mobile? and would it balance ok with a 37mm lens in?

Koziro Cinema Mount is too large for DJI Osmo Mobile.Also, its filter size is 37mm, can be used on 37mm tele / wide angle devices (the top of wide angle unit is 58mm front).

Q: Does the lens mount allow me to use other lenses from different manufacturers?

The Cinema Mount got a 37mm Thread so if you have lenses with 37mm thread you can also use them. Otherweise you could also use step up rings for other lenses.

Q: Is there a mount to add video microphone

It does not have cold shoe, only have 1/4"-20 female screw mount.1/4"-20 male screw mount adapter is required.
