NOW Foods True Balance has been my go-to Basic Multi Vitamin-Mineral for years. I originally chose it after comparing it to other brands, because it did not have ingredients that I needed to avoid getting in excess at that time, such as copper and iodine.

Best Multi I've found
I have to take 4 of these a day in order to get the right amount of everything, but this is the best multi I've found so far for the value! It does not make me nauseous like many other brands, and the capsules are easy to swallow. They have chromium and biotin in them so helps with sugar cravings = major plus!

excellent source of nutrition
I prefer Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin - the methyl ion rather than the cyano (cynaide) ion!!

a good formula at a good price
This is a great formula for diabetics or those who don't want to become diabetic. Both my husband and I take it and his diabetes has actually gotten better. The price is really good for a multivitamin too. I like NOW Foods because their entire line of products is Gluten Free which I need.
