Sphere Turf SR3759 Synthetic Turf Rye, 3-3/4-Foot by 9-Foot

The media could not be loaded.  I trusted their photo on the web. I trusted their claim "Our Rye product has a brown thatch for a more natural look. Ideal yard landscape turf." I placed the order and got it delivered. Guess what happened. Please refer to the attached video. They sent me a total generic one. By the way, if you carefully look at my video, I do have a small sample also on the walk way next to my lawn. I expected that. Instead, I ended up getting something which simply does not have any brown thatch. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Just wasted $149. By the way, they do have a listed phone# 877 381 3883. When you call that number you end up with a medical clinic. What a wash! All I need is 3 ft X 4 1/2 ft patch. It's a royal pain returning this crap {after unpacking and all that}. So, after reading this review, if they genuinely correct their mistake and send me the true type I am looking for, then they automatically go up in my opinion and my rating of them goes to 5. If they ignore {which is what I expect} then I intent to place an order at: [...] The owner from here visited my home with that sample I show in the video. I plan to get the patch from him. Hope this will help others think twice before plunging into something unknown.

it doesn't come with the two colors as advertised, so you end up with a really fake looking grass.other than that is we'll made

Really looks like healthy natural grass. I would cover a larger area if I could afford more. It is easy to use a leaf blower to move the leaves off, no raking!
