Not quite what it should be doing.
The product is lightweight and slim - similar to my iPhone 7 Plus. Unfortunately that is about as good as it get.The product after a full charge seems to maintain the battery of my phone rather than charge. It also does not make a difference whether in flight mode, turning the phone off or having it in battery save mode.Fairly disappointing given that it isn’t the cheapest power bank.I’ll be returning for a refund rather than a replacement.

Charges slowly and not much
I bought this for a festival, hoping it would charge my Samsung Galaxy S8 at least a couple times if not more... after charging it about 50% twice, it died. Either I have a defunct one or the description isn't entirely accurate... very disappointed. It also charged extremely slowly while it did work.

Low capacity
I bought this for the high storage capacity as stated of 20000mah. My phone has battery of 3200mah. This could not even fully charge my phone twice. It just died. Which leads me to question the true storage capacity. I'm very disappointed as otherwise its lightweight and a good size. These were probably clues that it wouldn't be good enough.Tried to return it and got a refund from amazon. Pleased with speed of refund.

Light and thin
This is my second one, I wanted a lighter and thinner one, so it’s not too heave to carry, this is perfect size, and last long time too

Does not work!!
Does not work at all. Charged my iPhone about half way then the power bank would not turn back on. Recharged till 4 lights again, and same thing happened again. Took this on holiday with me which lucky enough we had another one with us. Do not waste money on this, so many better ones out there. Plus no where to contact seller to inform them of the issue.

This power-bank is really quite exceptional. I have had this power-bank for a short period of time and it has been very efficient- my phone is always quickly charged and the battery life lasts for extensive periods of times. With one full charge, I am able to charge my devices numerous times before the power fails.

Not worth buying
Looks nice its light but thats about it.its nowhere near 20000mah it charged after 4 hiurs since new will charge my samsung s8 once fully then its shows 3 lights(75%) left and when i charge my phone again it will charge it to 65% and die so it wont even charge my phone twice.

Product doesn’t work
Awful product. Bought for a 5 day camping festival. Charged all night the night before. Charger didn’t even charge my iPhone 6 past 60% before dying. So didn’t even get one full iPhone charge out of it. Wasn’t able to record or take videos all weekend due to this misleading product. Not impressed.
