In the beginning was quite happy about it.But I start using is it not even a month ago and the battery doesn't work as it was already. In the begging was able to use it about 3 time for like 30 min each. Now battery run out so fast that I can do just one 30 min or max 2 time for like 15 min.The pumps itself was not so bad but like I said its not even a month since i start using it so basically I need to charge them every time just in case to not have a situation that I can not use it when I need them the most.Every mum will understand my frustration about it.

This is excellent customer service as didn't request a refund or replacement due to being out of warranty or out of return expiration. We're a month in now and starting to see issue is the suction of the pumps has decreased and this may be due the battery life of the pump. Initially the pump didn't require charge and could use it throughout the day but recently we have to charge between each pump and it still doesn't seem to reach full charge.So overall due to the short life of these pumps wouldn't recommend, when working was fantastic.

Great design, fits more comfortably than any other pump iv tried, couldn't wait to give it a go, received today and suction is non existent i cant get anything out with it, Such a shame as its realy comfy to wear, fits my breast so much better than the other brand I have which is why I ordered this design to try, much better than the battery on top designs, For the price its not a major loss but nevertheless is still wasted money. I tried to return but item is not eligible.

For the price, it’s an excellent quality breast pump and would be great for new mum’s on a budget. It’s easy to use and super comfortable. However, I do have some issues with keeping the motor on, as it tends to pop off occasionally. The battery life isn’t the best. Overall, happy with the purchase and use multiple times per day. I have a Momcozy mobile flow as well and actually prefer this item!

The first use of these pumps I was impressed and I collected my normal amount compared to my previous pump (by the same brand). I'd changed to this style as it was more compact rather than having the pumps on top which is quite bulky.On the second use, the left side didn't collect anything at all, so I went back to my old pump which worked fine so I know it wasn't a supply issue.I hoped it was a one off issue but today both pumps had exactly the same issue. 20mins of pumping and not a drop either side.These are going in the bin!

After 5 days of use, one of the pumps couldn't handle 2 30 minute sessions. Now it can just about last for 1 session and with the reduced battery longevity, the suction is lower.I have swapped the parts and made seals are sealed so that it isn't a human error but it is still an issue.Measurements on the tank are inaccurate also. I recommend you use something else to measure the contents.I am now looking for another pump.

Really enjoyed the product at first, but after seeing some reviews I can confirm that the pump loses suction after afew uses. Also the motor doesn’t fit properly aswell after some usage. Real shame because I was hoping for a positive experienceUPDATE: So happy that they heard my complaint and immediately sent a replacement! Fingers crossed all goes well with the new one! Great company to buy from!
